Which Of You Have Used An Antimalware Program That Stops Parts Of Your Desktop From Coming Up Until……….|?

you press Ctrl-Alt-Del to open Task Manager and then start a new task ant type Explorer in order to get running somewhat normally (so then you have to reinstall Windows anyway)?
(And then other things might be screwed up by the antimalware program instead of the malware itself, too.)

i try to run it manually and it won’t work. i can access my programs through the task manager and everything runs good. i deleted an antivirus program that was a virus, but it keeps coming back. i ran norton and it didn’t find anything wrong. can ne 1 help me.
