Keep in mind, this is not the realtor. I did not have a realtor. I did the apartment hunting all on my own, and the only contact I had with the leasing manager was when I sat down and signed the lease.
I Am Looking For As Many Bonus / Incentive Programs For Apartment Managers And Leasing Staff. ?
Any type of bonus for leasing x # of apartemnts , meeting a monthly set goal for rent collections, etc. I would like to know what they are for, the formula for payout and if the manager should get a different type / types than the staff.
