My computer won’t let me open Works Task Manager or Works Word Processor. It says the program has suddenly quit working and it’s looking for a solution, but it never finds one. It also says something about the entrance not being located and it says a file number.

Computer Wont Recognize Mp3 Player
my computer wont recognize my dell mp3 player, it plays music but when i plug it in to the computer it doesnt show up in my computer or on the portable device manager of my jukebox program. my thumb drives do, however, work. ive tried updating drivers and what not with no luck. plz help!
