I Want To File A Claim Against My Landlord And Manager?

I live in an apartment and my water is always either too hot or too cold. Its ridiculous. My manager keeps saying that he will fix it, but he hasn’t and it has been few months now! He didn’t even tell the landlord and is not giving the land lord’s address for us to complain. I want to file a claim against them, but I don’t know who to contact. Please help me out. Thank you in advance.

I assume you can’t just move out, like the other responder suggested. Most people have leases, and moving is time consuming and expensive.
Your best bet, aside from hiring a lawyer, is to contact the court clerk’s office in your county. A lot of times they will have some type of form for filing claims, or if not they may be willing to help in some other way. This is almost certainly a small claims matter, so you shouldn’t need worry too much about proper form and legalese. Most small claims/general sessions judges understand that you’re not an expert and you’d spend more on a lawyer than you would win from the case.
