I Love Nordstrom!!! Just Read This Please!!!?
Hey guys so this is not a question…
BUT
i have a story to tell and I think all of you should hear it because I think it is wonderful!!!
well in november of 2006 i got a pair of size 7 classic short ugg boots
then around december of 2007 they got a dime size hole in the toe
so this past october my friend told me nordstrom can fix them so i went to nordstrom in november of 2008 and they told me because i bought them 2 years ago I would have to pay for the repairs so i was like well how much are the repairs going to be? so the manager at nordstrom said she was unsure so she told me she would send them to the repairman and then call me with the prices. well one week later she called me and told me it would be $40 so i thought well then i might as well buy new ones. anyway today i went to nordstrom to pick up my old ones and maybe buy new ones but my dad wanted to see if they would give some sort of a discount/ credit since nordstrom was unable to fix them for free so the manager came and told us that he would RETURN my old boots (even though i bought them TWO years ago and even if they have a whole) so me and my dad were obviously really happy! so anyway he returned my old boots and we got all the money back…yes all $119.95 back and then he asked one of the shoe clerks to help us buy a new pair of uggs…so my dad let me upgrade to classic tall ugg boots so i did and we paid for them and now i have BRAND NEW UGGS and i only had to pay like $30 because of the difference!!!
isn’t that amazing!?!?!?!
okay another thing happened while i was there…
i bought a juicy bracelet there about 6 months ago for my birthday but it turned a funky copper color so we went to the counter where i had bought it and the lady took my old bracelet and gave me a brand new one that is EXACTLY the same and i didnt hv to pay a dime!!!
i love nordstrom soooooooo much!!!
wouldn’t you if this happened to you?!?!
so yeah i just wanted everyone to know this so that you all go and buy your christmas presents at nordstrom!!!
